Terms and conditions of sale
The French version is the reference for seller legal information.
Seller identity
SATONA is the trade name. The seller’s legal identity, status, address, registration and VAT details must be completed before these terms are published.
Purpose and product
These terms govern online consumer sales of the SATONA physical BIP39 recovery backup kit. Essential characteristics are presented on the product page before ordering.
Prices and taxes
The price displayed when ordering is the price payable. The checkout shows applicable taxes and delivery charges before validation.
Payment and order
Payment is processed through Stripe. The customer checks the order and delivery details before confirming payment. The order becomes final after payment confirmation, subject to availability.
Availability and delivery
Availability, available destinations, delivery charge and the information provided at checkout apply. The carrier and delivery times have not been supplied and must be completed before publication.
Transfer of risk
For consumer deliveries, risk transfers when the customer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to mandatory law.
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right from receipt under EU and French law, unless a statutory exception genuinely applies. Return address, return procedure, return costs and refund method must be completed before publication. No unsupported exception is asserted here.
Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from mandatory legal conformity and hidden-defect guarantees. These statutory rights are not replaced or limited by any commercial guarantee.
Liability
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. SATONA is not a wallet and does not hold digital assets; customers are responsible for keeping recovery information confidential and checking markings.
Personal data and intellectual property
Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy. Site and product intellectual property remains protected.
Consumer mediation
The approved consumer mediator’s name, address and website have not been supplied. The seller must appoint and identify its mediator before publication.
Applicable law and disputes
French law applies without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Competent courts are determined by applicable consumer law.
